Born in 1980 in Almaty.

Education

In 2001, he graduated from Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages with a qualification in international documentation. In 2003, he completed a master’s degree in regional studies.

Biography

Before his election as Kurultai Chair on 28 August 2026, Dadebay held posts in the Senate, Kazakhstan’s Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva, the President’s Chancellery and the Presidential Administration. He headed the Presidential Administration from 2024 to 2026.
