In 2003, he completed a master’s degree in regional studies. ### Biography Before his election as Kurultai Chair on 28 August 2026, Dadebay held posts in the Senate, Kazakhstan’s Permanent Mission to the UN in Geneva, the President’s Chancellery and the Presidential Administration.
