Эльвира Азимова

Born in 1973, Azimova graduated from the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yassawi. She worked in the Ministry of Justice, served as Deputy Minister of Justice and as Human Rights Commissioner. She has chaired the Constitutional Court since 2023 and was reappointed in September 2026.
