Ерлан Сарсембаев

He graduated from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Communications and the D. Kunaev Humanities University. He worked in the Office of the Prime Minister and the Senate staff, held leadership posts in national security bodies, and later served as a Constitutional Court judge.
