Sanzhar Bokayev
Sanzhar Omarovich Bokayev was born on 2 March 1982 in Almaty. A Kazakhstani politician, political scientist and public figure, he leads the Netutilsboru movement. In 2022, he announced the formation of the Namys party.

Education
Graduated from the Faculty of History of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and later completed a master’s programme at its Faculty of Political Science. Undertook PhD studies in political science and research placements at M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Russian Academy of Public Administration and Columbia University.
