Biography

Nikolai Arsyutin began his career in shipbuilding and river shipping. He later led Asia-Tranzit PV and Samur-EK in Ekibastuz and served as director of KSP Steel’s Pavlodar Branch No. 2.

He advised the directors of FESIL Group in 2020–2023 and Keremet Energy in 2021–2023. In the eighth Mazhilis, he belonged to the Auyl faction and the Committee for Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform.
