Graduated from the Faculty of Law at E. A. Buketov Karaganda State University, completed postgraduate study and doctoral study at KazGUU, and graduated from Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz.

• Worked as a lecturer and researcher at Karaganda University, KazGUU and the Institute of Legislation.
• Was a member of the Constitutional Council in 2016–2022.
• Served as a deputy of the eighth-convocation Mazhilis from 28 March 2023 to 1 July 2026.
• Registered candidate on the Adilet party list from 21 July to 23 August 2026 (CEC Resolution No. 41/72, Annex 1).
• Has served as a deputy of the first-convocation Kurultai for the Adilet party since 27 August 2026.
